hello i have never been to lanzarote just gran canaria but to many years now i need a change. I read online that lanzarote has a smaller gay scene than gran canaria is there a yumbo centre there or something similar or is it just all volcannoes and black beachs?

i heard that lanzarote was a good place for a gay holiday on the tv.

Have a look at the beach guide - there are just as many black beaches on Gran Can as there are on Lanzarote...

Gran Canaria has loads of gay bars in CC Yumbo. Lanzarote has three in CC Atlantico. Details in the bar guide.

Lanzarote is a perfect place for a gay holiday, primarily because it's not overly gay. With just three bars, as I say, Lanzarote is the perfect place to hone in your 'gaydar' skills. There's plenty of gay and lesbian people on the island.
