On arrival you receive a complementary glass of Champagne as your order is taken. Enjoy some tapas, and canapés which are brought to your table between courses. Meals are of the finest quality, using the best ingredients - sourced locally wherever possible. It's definitely somewhere to get your taste buds excited with the tastes and flavours of the Canary Islands. Altamar is a very enjoyable yet relatively inexpensive dining experience, comparing the average cost of a three-course meal for two in a resort town. with the luxury of the Gran. And did I mention the views? They aren't to be understated, looking out from Altamar no two days seem to be the same. Pricing is rather reasonable - a three course dinner for two accompanied by a bottle of Lanzarote wine costs from around 85,00€. The Maitre D is, as you would expect, trained to help you find the perfect wine for your meal.
