Four & Three bedroom Villas: one double, two twin and one single bedroom, sleeping accommodation for up to 7 people. Villa Luis are newly built, bright and modern villas on Lanzarote, in the perfect location to experience all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. 
This beautiful villa is furnished with modern and contemporary fittings, and is an ideal local base between the old and new towns of Puerto del Carmen. Beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are all a leisurely drive or fairly easy walk away. The villas are spread over three storeys, they lounge/diner is open plan, with partial walls to give the feeling of three separate areas. The master bedroom is en-suite, with a bath/shower, and also a dressing room. The white-washed villa occupies three storeys. As you enter villa Luis you have the kitchen(and separate utility room) to the left and the lounge/ diner to the right this floor is open plan but partial walls give the feeling of 3 separate areas. There are patio doors leading onto pool terrace. In the 4 bedroom villas the dresing room has a separate door to the master bedroom and has a chaise lounge/day bed which sleeps an extra person. In the 3bed this master bedroom /en suite/dresser occupies this entire basement level. Step outside to the furnished terrace and there is plentiful space to sit in the sunshine and work on your tan around the fair-sized pool, there is also a barbecue for conjuring up al-fresco meals. |
